Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding peak periods, public holidays or exceptional circumstances.

Delivery times are provided for guidance only, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Delivery to collection point or home address
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after dispatch
Free collection point delivery on orders over €65

✧ Europe

We also deliver to: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Austria and Italy.

Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days after dispatch
Free shipping on orders over €85

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and peak activity periods.

Order modification or cancellation

Once your order has been confirmed, it is quickly transmitted to our logistics centre.
As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to:

  • correct a delivery address

  • cancel the order

Once the order has been dispatched, no modification or cancellation is possible.
However, customers retain their right of withdrawal after receipt (see below).

Returns

Your satisfaction is essential.
If a Neora Mouv’ product does not meet your expectations, you have a 14 day legal withdrawal period from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and showing no signs of wear

  • in perfect condition

  • in their original, complete packaging

Return Costs & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • defective product

  • preparation error attributable to Neora Mouv’

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the original payment method.
